1.    2001-2002: The study of phase transitions of a fluid in an external force field (Research grant awarded by the National Research Council for University Research - CNCSIS)

2.    2001-2002: Studies regarding the electrohydrodynamic effects in thermal processes of phase change (part of a Research grant awarded by the National Research Council for University Research - CNCSIS)

3.    2001-2004: Studies and researches regarding the behaviour of magnetisable fluids with complex micro- and nano- structure, in terestrial and microgravity conditions (Research grant awarded by the Romanian Space Agency) cooperation with NRCESCF-UPT

4.    2005-2007: Researches regarding the use of magnetizable nanofluids as thermal fluids (Research grant awarded by the National Research Council for University Research - CNCSIS) cooperation with NRCESCF-UPT
